About Darlington Cares

In early 2012 businesses in the private sector, supported by Teesside University and Darlington Borough Council, came together to talk about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee volunteering, with the view of coordinating resources to address Darlington’s community needs, particularly in areas of disadvantage. Darlington Cares was establish in October 2012.
